Burnt out from being the go-to fixer, drowning in unspoken expectations, and quietly screaming inside every time someone said “just communicate better.”

Connection felt like a high-wire act, one I didn’t audition for but somehow became famous at.

People like me aren’t supposed to be good at this, BUT I FUCKING AM.

Autistic. Over-analytical. Hyper-verbal. Emotionally attuned. I broke the game and rebuilt it for people who weren’t handed the social manual at birth. If you feel like you’ve been hacking connection your whole life, I already speak your language.

I’ve personally struggled with 300 person manufacturing plant teams at war, grocery store co-ops on the verge of strike, and engineering teams stuck in cycles of malicious compliance.

I’ve been in multiple, beautiful, decade-long partnerships, and have navigated the rough seas of non-traditional relationships with no sextant, map, or waystone in sight.

I’ve opened businesses, closed businesses, and sold a consultancy.

I’ve authored dozens of programs and trainings and offered them to thousands of employees, and like, other real humans too.

So yeah, I do frameworks that work in real life, because that’s what I needed and couldn’t find.
