BEHIND THE THIRD STAR · NOT ON ANY MAP

The Back Room.

So you’re one of those.

You pressed the seal like you meant it. You wandered off the road. You clicked a star that had no business being clickable. Most visitors read the menu; you searched the building. I want you to know that I built this room because I knew you specifically would find it — not your demographic. You.

Here is one true thing, as promised: almost everything I make — the temple nights, the pilgrimages, the paper films, the valley you may have fought a beast in — exists because at some point somebody who didn’t have to believed it should. A patron. A co-conspirator. A person who funds wonder on purpose, early, when it still looks like a napkin sketch and a weird glint in my eye.

And you carry all five marks. Oath, Wayfinder, Knot, Keeper, Moth. Do you know how few travelers ever will? Whatever you write to me gets read first. That's not a metaphor; I sort my inbox.

If any of that is you, the doors below are real and they open from this side.
