The relational work never went away. It grew rooms. Four disciplines, one obsession: engineering the conditions where humans actually meet each other.
Experience Design
Gatherings engineered like systems and felt like magic. I design the arcs, thresholds, and reveals that turn an event into a story people tell for years — human-centered design applied to wonder, using my Alchemy Arc™ framework. Currently: Events Director at SeekHealing, designing gatherings where connection itself is the medicine.
Ritual Design
Modern ritual, written and directed: rites of passage, seasonal ceremony, initiatory arcs, and the connective tissue that gives a community its gravity. As Program Director of Teatro Korazon, I write and direct for a member-built modern mystery temple — its liturgy, its books, the shape of its nights.
Immersive Theater
Site-based, audience-inside-the-story production. Pilgrimages staged across land and lantern-light. Films built frame by frame from cut paper. I direct, produce, and build the backstage machinery that makes wonder look effortless.
Land Development
Land is the slowest medium I work in, and the most honest. I research, model, and develop small acreage — market analysis across whole regions, 3D terrain studies of how a parcel wants to be lived on, and ground bought with intent to become somewhere.
Underneath all four sits the same discipline: relational strategy. Every project is just people, agreeing to build something together, on purpose.

A nonprofit laboratory of whimsy: origami specimens, field missions, letters answered from a writing desk that writes back. I build its experiences and its website — equal parts museum, game, and dare.

Burnt out from being the go-to fixer, drowning in unspoken expectations, and quietly screaming inside every time someone said “just communicate better.” Connection felt like a high-wire act — one I didn’t audition for but somehow became famous at.
People like me aren’t supposed to be good at this. But I fucking am.

I’ve untangled 300-person manufacturing plants at war, grocery co-ops on the verge of strike, and engineering teams stuck in cycles of malicious compliance. I’ve navigated decade-long partnerships and the rough seas of non-traditional relationships with no sextant, map, or waystone in sight. I’ve opened businesses, closed businesses, sold a consultancy, authored dozens of programs — The Art of Difficult Conversations and The Facilitation Academy among them — and put them in front of thousands of humans. These days I also direct events at SeekHealing.
So yes — I make frameworks that work in real life. Because that’s what I needed and couldn’t find.
